Panduan Umum Ujian Skripsi\/Tesis\/Disertasi:<\/h5>

General guidelines for thesis\/dissertation exams:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Student\u00a0<\/span>Mandatory<\/strong>\u00a0notify the supervisor and examiner via WA after uploading the thesis\/dissertation file\u00a0<\/span>the latest version\u00a0<\/strong>di Share Point.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Student\u00a0<\/span>Mandatory<\/strong>\u00a0remind the supervisor and examiner about the exam schedule\u00a0<\/span>H-7<\/strong>\u00a0dan\u00a0<\/span>H-1<\/strong>\u00a0lewat WA di jam kerja (8.00 \u2013 16.00\u00a0WIB). Jangan lupa cantumkan modus\u00a0<\/span>offline<\/em>\u00a0atau\u00a0<\/span>hybrid<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Students are required to display their student profile photo on their WA.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Use Indonesian language\u00a0<\/span>baku dan sopan<\/strong>\u00a0when sending messages to lecturers.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Student\u00a0<\/span>Mandatory<\/strong>\u00a0Monitor the exam schedule table below regularly to get the latest information if there are any changes to the schedule.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Special guide for thesis\/dissertation exams\u00a0modus\u00a0offline<\/em>\u00a0atau\u00a0hybrid<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>

    1. The exam was held in the Mathematics Department building, FMIPA UI.<\/span><\/li>
    2. The test is of a nature\u00a0<\/span>terbuka<\/strong>can be seen by other students.<\/span><\/li>
    3. The exam was carried out following health protocols.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Students are prohibited from bringing food for lecturers to their thesis or dissertation exams.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      Note: for mode\u00a0hybrid,<\/em>\u00a0only lecturers can take the exam in person\u00a0online<\/em>Students still take exams regularly\u00a0offline<\/em>\u00a0di kampus.
