General guidelines for thesis/dissertation exams:

1. Student Mandatory notify the supervisor and examiner via WA after uploading the thesis/dissertation file the latest version di Share Point.
2. Student Mandatory remind the supervisor and examiner about the exam schedule H-7 dan H-1 lewat WA di jam kerja (8.00 – 16.00 WIB). Jangan lupa cantumkan modus offline atau hybrid.
3. Students are required to display their student profile photo on their WA.
4. Use Indonesian language baku dan sopan when sending messages to lecturers.
5. Student Mandatory Monitor the exam schedule table below regularly to get the latest information if there are any changes to the schedule.

Special guide for thesis/dissertation exams modus offline atau hybrid:

1. The exam was held in the Mathematics Department building, FMIPA UI.
2. The test is of a nature terbukacan be seen by other students.
3. The exam was carried out following health protocols.
4. Students are prohibited from bringing food for lecturers to their thesis or dissertation exams.

Note: for mode hybrid, only lecturers can take the exam in person onlineStudents still take exams regularly offline di kampus.
